Personal information will be collected by having individuals fill out the appropriate forms.
When necessary for service implementation, the information will be managed and handled by Orangetheory Japan staff under the supervision of the Personal Information Protection Administrator.
Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent loss or leakage of personal information. In the event of a problem, corrective action will be taken promptly. Once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, the information will be securely deleted or disposed of.
