Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Name)
The club shall be called Orangetheory Fitness Kannai (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”).
Article 2 (Location)
The Club is located at: 1F Yokohama Nomura Securities Building, 4-52 Onoecho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa.
Article 3 (Purpose)
The Club aims to promote a correct understanding and interest in exercise and to support the maintenance and improvement of physical and mental health.
Article 4 (Operation and Management)
The Club is operated and managed by ITS Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
Article 5 (Membership Categories)
Membership categories shall be separately defined. The Company may establish or discontinue categories as deemed necessary.
Article 6 (Eligibility for Membership)
Those who agree with the Club’s purpose and comply with these Terms and any other rules established by the Company, and who meet the following criteria:
(1) Age 16 or older
(2) In good health and able to use the facilities
(3) No tattoos or gang affiliations (fashion tattoos as recognized by the Club are excluded)
(4) No disruption to other members and deemed appropriate by the Company.
Article 7 (Acquisition of Membership)
Applicants must complete the prescribed application process, obtain approval from the Company, and pay the designated registration fee.
Article 8 (Membership Fees)
Members must pay the designated membership fee regardless of facility usage, using the method specified by the Company. Non-payment will result in denial of access.
Article 9 (Usage Fees)
If a member exceeds the set number of visits or uses specific services or rentals, additional fees set by the Company shall apply.
Article 10 (Member ID)
The Company will issue a Member ID, which must be used for reservations. It is non-transferable and becomes invalid upon membership termination.
Article 11 (Transfer of Membership)
Membership is non-transferable and cannot be inherited or renamed.
Article 12 (Leave of Absence)
Members must apply by the designated deadline. A monthly leave fee applies. Leave is limited to 2 months per instance, twice per year. Automatic reactivation occurs after the leave period.
Article 13 (Withdrawal)
Members wishing to withdraw must do so by the 10th of the desired month. Any outstanding dues must be settled immediately.
Article 14 (Expulsion)
The Company may suspend or expel members under circumstances including:
(1) Two months of unpaid dues
(2) Violation of terms or Company rules
(3) Fraudulent use of Member ID
(4) Sales, political, or personal instruction activities within the Club
(5) Damage to facilities
(6) Other inappropriate behavior.
Article 15 (Change of Registered Information)
Members must promptly notify the Company of changes to name, address, or contact info. Failure to do so absolves the Company of related communication issues.
Article 16 (Visitors)
Non-members approved by the Company (Visitors) may use the Club with a reservation. Visitors must be 16 or older and pay usage fees. The Company may restrict entry and members are responsible for ensuring visitor compliance with these Terms.
Article 17 (Operation and Management)
The Club is managed solely by the Company. Members cannot participate in management decisions. Rules may be added or changed as needed.
Article 18 (Compliance)
All users must comply with these Terms and other rules defined by the Company.
Article 19 (Usage Restrictions)
The Company may restrict access for events, renovations, or other reasons. Restrictions also apply to individuals with tattoos (excluding fashion tattoos), infectious diseases, intoxication, pregnancy, or medical contraindications. A medical certificate may be required for those under treatment or with certain medical histories.
Article 20 (Responsibility)
Use of the Club is at one’s own risk. The Company bears no liability for injury, theft, illness, or other incidents. Members are liable for damage caused to the Club or others.
Article 21 (Use of Service)
Members may use the online reservation system.
Article 22 (Service Content)
Reservations and cancellations can be made via PC or smartphone. The Club may suspend or change the service without liability for losses.
Article 23 (Availability)
Available year-round in principle. The Company may suspend service for maintenance without liability.
Article 24 (ID & Password)
Members must manage their IDs/passwords. Actions taken with the ID/password are considered those of the member.
Article 25 (User Equipment)
Members must secure a suitable environment (devices/software) to access the service.
Article 26 (No Warranty)
While efforts are made to ensure proper service, no guarantee is provided against defects or viruses.
Article 27 (Fee Revisions)
The Company may revise fees due to economic conditions or other reasons.
Article 28 (Detailed Rules)
Items not covered in these Terms shall be defined separately by the Company.
Article 29 (Closure)
The Club may be closed in cases of legal/administrative restrictions, disasters, or major social change. Memberships will be terminated without compensation.
Article 30 (Amendments)
These Terms may be revised as needed, and revisions apply to all members.
Article 31 (Other Provisions)
Other necessary items not stated herein shall be defined by the Company.
Article 32 (Effective Date)
These Terms come into effect on June 29, 2020.
